Earn While You Learn Scheme
Shree Institute of Science & Technology (SIST) has introduced an innovative scheme ‘Earn While You Learn’ by involving students of UG and PG courses to have active participation in the growth of industry. The program has been designed so as to help students apply the knowledge they are gaining as engineering scholars to "real life" situations and at the same time gainfully occupy their unproductive time and energies in constructive creation.
This program will help the trainee students gain experience, add value to students’ resume, develop contacts, focus on a career direction and convert training into a future job.
They will gain specialized inputs on various subjects along with theoretical knowledge and the experience will add value to the student’s resume.
Working with professionals, the students/trainee will develop contacts by tapping into a network that can offer references, advice and information about new job opportunities. The program can be helpful for the future of the trainee whereon he/she be able to explore his/her subject preferences and develop it into a career. Also there develops a strong likelihood that trainee students become a preferred choice of any recruiter in the coming year.
